Every piece is made to order in our Jaipur studio and dispatched within 7 days. Shipping is free on orders over ₹799. We ship across India and internationally.
Processing time
Because every candle, crochet and pipe cleaner piece is handmade, orders are made and packed within 7 days. Custom hampers and bulk or corporate orders may take longer — we’ll confirm the timeline when you order.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹799 within India.
- Orders under ₹799: a delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- International orders: the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3–4 working days, depending on your pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Tracking your order
We send your tracking link on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it any time on our Track order page — no login needed.
Sending a gift
Turn on “Sending this as a gift?” at checkout and we’ll ship straight to your recipient with your handwritten note. Prices are left out of the parcel.
International shipping
Yes — we deliver outside India too. The delivery charge and time depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the recipient.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. We don’t offer cash on delivery.
