Yes — shipping is free on orders over ₹799. Below that, the shipping charge is calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes, we ship internationally. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

You can check your order status any time on our Track your order page — just enter your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout.

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery (WhatsApp or email) and we’ll make it right.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches in Jaipur with 100% natural soy wax and premium fragrance oils.

Let the first burn melt the wax to the edge (2–3 hours), trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn, keep each burn under 4 hours and never leave a lit candle unattended.

Spot clean crochet gently with cool water and mild soap, then reshape and dry flat. Dust pipe cleaner flowers with a soft brush. Keep both away from direct sunlight so the colours stay bright.

Hand wash gently with mild soap and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid the dishwasher and sudden temperature changes.
